Can Small Business Development Solve the Problem in All Nations?

Although, the development of small businesses can not solve all the economic woes of the people, it certainly has the potential to really help just about every nation, including our own. Consider if the number of employees in smaller companies. The U.S. is a staggering number, something like 60-70% depending on the study you read, and what they consider to be small businesses.
