5 Tools You Must Have For Business Success in 2012

I want to have a business excellence in 2012. I've been thinking about what really makes a difference in my business and my business coaching clients and I came up with these 5 tools. Put them in place now, please!

Tool # 1: Track Your Money

If you do not have to carry money on the side of your business and know exactly where you are on all the financial decisions become very muddy. When you feel unclear is easy to make decisions later regret.

Tool: If you use QuickBooks, start. You'll need some help to set it up, but once it happens you'll know exactly where you stand financially and start making big decisions for you and your business. Tracey Gritz, a coaching client is a QuickBooks training expert and offers for you to get up and running.

Another must-have tool for monitoring the number of tools. When you use this you know exactly what you have booked for a month and where you are with your monthly goals. This tool is a fantastic tool for focus, motivation, tools, tools and recognition.

Tool # 2: stay focused

When you write your to-do list every day you have a plethora of choices down. Usually, very little has to do with growing your business. Rather than asking 'What do I do now? "The question to ask is:" What can I do today to put my money on? "It's a different question with a completely different answers.

Tool: Use a 3x5 card or I call them the action cards and write one "is on the money 'task per card and write down 3 things you can do to put you closest to the money. Do these 3 tasks first. When you're done it's so much fun Chuck card to the Recycle Bin

Tool # 3: The answer to "What do you do ?"

to stay away from networking events because they're afraid to say when someone asks, "What do you do?" If so, and thousands of others feel the same way. It is imperative that you stop to answer the question with the title of -. Professional organizer, lawyer, interior designer, etc. If that sounds like everyone else in the room

Tool: Start the answer to the question with an answer to this question? "What we (meaning you) want more" Do you want to organize a number of residential customers? Then you respond with "I work with busy moms who want to clear out clutter and spend more time with his family." Want more staging clients? Then you respond with "I work with homeowners who are willing to sell your house and you want to look great and sell fast." Get the idea? Template is: I work with ___________________( ideal clients) who want to ________________ and __________________ (2 outcomes from working with you ).

Tool # 4: # 1 marketing strategy

Would you just love to be your ideal clients are calling ... often! Then you need to get in front of them. I have 12 years of solid evidence that shows that when it comes often to the people that want to work with your phone will ring. That's a lot more fun than cold calling, networking (in my opinion!) And various marketing strategies that seem to me like a lot more work.

Tool: What are you most like to work with your clients? Prepare a 20-minute presentation on this topic. It is so easy, because you live and breathe this stuff. Put together the opening, closing, and 5 minutes to 3 main points you want your audience to walk away with from your conversation. At the end of the presentation to provide them with special services, and you're on your way.

Tool # 5: Take your list of

send out a monthly newsletter? If you are the number one job. If you send a newsletter, chances are you will be sent the same newsletter full list. Do you really think that your entire list to the same information?

Tool: Segment database into categories. For example, current clients, past clients, prospects, etc. Then make a decision once a month you will send one of these categories a special e-mail. For example, coaching clients get the Friday feature every Friday where I need to update them on the calendar SuccessPlus coaching programs, other information, and give them all the best advice. Members of the Community Success Secret SuccessPlus receive e-mail every Wednesday. As a group you want to send something special for each month?

Now is the time. Finish off STRONG 2011 and the beginning of 2012, which exploded and begin to use these five tried-and-true tools.
